The company aims to reduce reliance on fossil fuels, stabilize energy prices, and generate economic benefits for local communities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1291\"><strong data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1018\">Energy Secretary Ed Miliband<\/strong> announced the legislation\u2019s passage during a visit to a Hull hospital where solar energy is significantly cutting operational costs.
