The deals were signed via <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"342\">Astor RO Energy<\/strong>, a wholly owned subsidiary established in April 2025 to manage international investments.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"783\">In a disclosure to the <strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"501\">Turkish Public Disclosure Platform (KAP)<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"519\">Astor Energy<\/strong> confirmed the signing of three separate agreements on May 20, 2025, to acquire 100% of the shares in the Romanian firms. The acquisitions mark the company\u2019s first major move outside T\u00fcrkiye and align with its strategy to expand renewable operations across Europe.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"1030\">Legal and regulatory procedures for the share transfers are still in progress, according to the company.
