{"id":1187,"date":"2025-05-23T10:08:22","date_gmt":"2025-05-23T10:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pst.inthemaking.be\/pst\/blog\/2025\/05\/23\/dogger-bank-completes-world-s-largest-offshore-wind-substation-network-power-systems-technology-news\/"},"modified":"2025-06-30T17:30:22","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T17:30:22","slug":"dogger-bank-completes-world-s-largest-offshore-wind-substation-network-power-systems-technology-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pst.inthemaking.be\/pst\/dogger-bank-completes-world-s-largest-offshore-wind-substation-network-power-systems-technology-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Dogger Bank Completes World\u2019s Largest Offshore Wind Substation Network"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"318\">The final offshore substation platform for the <strong data-start=\"155\" data-end=\"180\">Dogger Bank Wind Farm<\/strong> has been successfully installed at <strong data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"233\">Dogger Bank C<\/strong>, completing a critical phase of what will be the world\u2019s largest offshore wind farm.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"570\">The High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) platform, supplied by <strong data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"390\">Aibel<\/strong> and installed by <strong data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"438\">Heerema Marine Contractors<\/strong> using its <strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"461\">Sleipnir<\/strong> vessel, marks the third and final offshore substation to be placed across the Dogger Bank A, B, and C sites.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"923\">The Dogger Bank C topside measures approximately 75 x 50 metres and stands 36 metres tall.
